yeah, but then again who looks good against Roy Jones anyway. Besides, he got to the gold medal round, he must of had some talent in him.

Ice, have you done any sparring with Toney? Love to hear some insight into him?

        Jt

I have a whole chapter on my times with James. We sparred back in the 90's and training camp was a GREAT time... James had the rep of being a terror but, really, I had the greatest time in training cmap... it was like summer camp. JT is MUCH different than you would peg him to be.

            Bomber

I was actually almost set to fight Graham back in 1990 at 160 pounds but, honestly, at that time in my life and career I wasnt experienced enough to fight him and no matter what I did I wouldnt have beaten him. 160 wasnt a good weight for me and he was super sharp at that time. I was like a novice pro back then.

I got the tape of him fighting Julian Jackson and how the heck did he play with a worldclass fighter like Jackson like that? couldn't believe it when I saw it Graham was boxing his ears off and Jackson only landed one punch in four rounds and that was the KO Damn Herol Graham makes Pernell Whitaker look easy to hit!!!

                Bomber

Yeah, man, Bomber was one of the most underrated boxers EVER. Hagler was in no hurry to fight him back in the mid 80's when Herol was ranked high.

After Herol dominated Ayub Kalule (Leonard said Kalule was his most difficult ever win), Herol was then the #1 contender before the Hagler-Leonard fight.

                    Bomber

Bomber was one of the GREATEST boxers to NEVER win a world title. DEFINITELY

No excuses Juy theres a reason why Eubank ducked Bomber Graham .. they sparred alot and I think Eubank knew Bomber would be very very difficult to beat .. Eubank beat up Denys Cronin in a british title eliminator in cardiff but didnt take the opportunity to fight Bomber .. and then later that yr Eubank and Bomber were due to fight in a WBC world title eliminator to see who would fight Roberto Duran but again Eubank didnt want to do that
