Raging Bull can't be beat for the story and the acting, but the Rocky movies had the more exciting and dramatic fight scenes with the story to go along with them.

Forrest Gump! I saw it for the first time on tv just the other night. It reminded me of Floyd immediately on this part of the movie:

Not only is Raging Bull the best boxing movie ever made. It's Martin Scorsese's best film. IMO
