Outside of boxrec, what proof do you have that Manny gained 15lbs of muscle?
How do you know that's just him not cutting weight like he was to make SFW?
Again your a ****in idiot that just runs to boxrec, see a few numbers, only to come here and post bull****.
Hey arsewipe, a couple of posts ago, you were trying to tell me that Manny was a welterweight coz he weighed 147 on fight night
Now you change tack and decide to question those figures?
What a ***wit.
2008-03-15 (129) Juan Manuel Marquez
2008-12-06 (142) Oscar De La Hoya
http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?hum...6129&cat=boxer
Those figures are correct, click the link ****head.
Whats to argue about ?
The bottom line is this.....
I can draw whatever conclusions I like, because Manny will not take the test.

or are you that dumb to not know the difference
Manny made SFW without compromising muscle-mass.....
2008-03-15 (129) Juan Manuel Marquez
And I saw the Hoya fight you smart ****.
" Did you have callipers on hand at the scales measuring his bf percentage? "
What a ****in idiot kid.
How about I use your approach.....
FACT:
Pacroid is a blatant steroid cheat, he has been using hgh/epo since JMM II.
You don't like me saying that? then, prove it's not true.....
I can draw whatever conclusions I like, because Manny will not take the test.

You are obviously an idiot. Boxrec shows their weight on the scales. It doesnt show their body fat percantage to determine their leanmass/bf ratio.
Its no suprise you dont see the difference, but this is what we do know.

The fight was set up to see if they could cycle out the PED's in a 14 day window.
After the fight all of a sudden Manny agrees to the 14 day cutoff but too bad for little Manny the offer was old and off the table. New terms for little Manny were set. And little MAnny Excuses couldn't agree to them.

1.) Yep I agree, Manny had his run - you know 108 to 130 - the same sort of span that many other fighters have had..... but a second run?
A second run, gaining another 15+ lbs of muscle in less than 18 months and ripping through three divisions whilst improving his speed and power? Whilst - coincidentally - refusing random blood tests?
And this is after commentators stated during Marquez II that Pacquiao "is fading..... he looks like he's been in too many wars"
Please..... did that point really help your case?
2.) Yep I agree, speed kills..... but timing/skills beat speed, and funnily enough, Manny has not fought a slick technician since Marquez whooped him.
Your point about speed..... it is bizarre that Manny has been able to retain his speed while making those massive weight gains. That is actually the problem that most people have with the "new and "improved" Pacquiao.
3)
" in this thread Manny is amazing and it must be the PEDS and in another thread you guys say his opponents were drained, shot "
Nope. I have stated previously that Manny's resume' is not only manufactured, it is likely fraudulent as well.
1) Two runs? His run is comparable to someone else going thru the amateurs and Pros. Look at Floyd. He was able to keep his speed from the time he fought at flyWeight up to 154. Do you consider that su****ious? I don't and I don't think that you do either. It's all relative though as his speed just had to be better than his opponents.
Marquez vs Manny at 130 was a good fight. When it's CLOSE like that and both fighters get cut and the momentum changes back and forth, you will hear commentators give both fighters good points at times and bad ones at times. Of course every fight is different.
About the commentaries: When Manny moved up to 130 and fought Morales for the 2nd time, when Morales was winning the fight during the first 6 rounds and the commentators THOUGHT Morales was going to win AGAIN they said, Morales may be too big for Manny. Manny is really a 126 fighter and so on. A few rounds later, Manny changed that conversation around quickly and you know that what came out of their mouths was ALL GOOD for Manny. This is on the SAME FIGHT! Did Manny take PEDs between rounds?
With those runs that Manny had, you always need to take into consideration that Manny was always improving. During the Morales years, they tried to improve on Manny's right hand, his movement and his stability/balance as he would always come rushing in with his power left in the early days. He doesn't do that nowadays. It's harder now to know what Manny will throw at you offensively.
2) He can retain his speed and it is amazing. Like I said previously, Floyd's speed has been quite good even when he went up to 154. It is also relative. Manny's speed will look even better against a slower Margarito. As stated above, same with Floyd against and part-time boxer named Oscar.
3)
I said about your comments " in this thread Manny is amazing and it must be the PEDS and in another thread you guys say his opponents were drained, shot and so on ..."
You said, "Nope. I have stated previously that Manny's resume' is not only manufactured, it is likely fraudulent as well."
very confusing UPPERC .... if Manny's resume is so sub-par, then does he really need to be on PEDs to do it? That is how its sounding when you make these 2 statements. It's like you are just adding unnecessary nails on that coffin just to make sure that you give no credit to Manny. Just saying but you can elaborate if you wish.
Congratulations: This is a better post from you UPPERC. No name calling and even though you don't agree (completely), you kept it civil and stuck to your boxing opinions.Last edited by ADP02; 12-27-2010, 12:39 AM.
