Let's keep it strictly to young and up-and-coming boxers, I have a few:

    Timothy Bradley
    Dimitry Pirog
    Marcos Maidana

Let me know what you think ...

Right away, I thought of Timothy Bradley when I read the topic. He's the only other fighter I know of who's a vegetarian during training camp. He's incredibly disciplined, which is why I like him. Him, and fighters like Bernard who are truly dedicated to their craft! Hopefully I can come up with the money to see Bradley/Alexander live! I'll be behind Bradley 100% Like I said, I really tend to favor boxers who are disciplined, and serious about their craft year round. That to me, is what a boxer should be all about. If people ever wonder why I support Floyd so much, that is why. Say what you want about the guy, but he's NEVER out of shape. That, to me, is the true essence of a professional boxer. That's why my avatar is the pic of Ricky Hatton. It represents what an undisciplined fighter he was throughout his career.

Ward could be another candidate. But I'm sorta' leery of him being tied up with Victor Conte. (Or anyone involved with Conte for that matter.) Bernard seems true old-school, and would most likely look down on any sorta' PED use. (From what I gather.) Not saying Ward's on anything for sure, of course not. Nothing's been proven to date, but...........Conte is certainly suspect.

Andre Ward is definitely up there,

I also do sort of agree with you on Pascal, he has loads of ambition and will something similar to what Hopkins had however lacks the technique and guidance to place him in the P4P direction.

Easily. Stickin' it to Pacquiao supporters. I've made a lot of bad posts to though, when my temper would get the best of me, I will admit. CungLe, in particular would get on my nerves a lot. Lately, I've learned just to put those posters on my "ignore user" list.

And to add further: I believe a lot of those so called "boxing fans" who put me in the red, to be fair-weather boxing fans. Once Manny retires, they'll be GONE. Me, I've been watching since Tyson/Holyfield when I was 11 years old. Haven't missed a beat since!

Bernard would motivate him by throwing down the P.R. flag in camp.
