from what i read (there's an article here on it) , the ariza vs. diaz thing started when diaz was working as a cutman for pac.

diaz and ariza got into an argument in between rounds over whether diaz needed to get inside the ring to work on manny.

then there was another argument for the pre-fight of khan-maidana.

something about ariza being on stage with khan , roach , diaz , maidana.

diaz said something like "wtf does he have to be onstage for? he's just a conditioning coach not a trainer."

something like that.
