Emerald Queen Casino, Tacoma, Washington, Joseph Agbeko (27-2, 22KOs) won a twelve round unanimous decision over Yonnhy Perez (20-1-1, 24KOs) to recapture the IBF bantamweight title. The scores 116-112, 117-111 and 115-113 for Agbeko. Agbeko was not the same fighter as in the first contest. He used his boxing skills and stiff jab to win the majority of the rounds. Agbeko will now meet Abner Mares in the final bout of Showtime's bantamweight tournament. The first bout was won by Perez in October 2009 by unanimous decision

Man I really hope Donaire fights Agbecko if King Kong wins this tourney. Agbecko has been calling out Donaire for a long time and pretty much killed that b.s. that no one is willing to face Donaire.

Crazy thing is with Agbecko's chin, activity and decent boxing ability..I wouldn't be shocked if Agbecko beats him.

I missed this fight but now I got to see this. I thought Agbeko was the worse guy in this tournament, thought Perez was going to take this fight easy.

Not shocked, there first fight was very close. I actually thought Agbeko was going to win the first one but I think he lost a close fight in the first fight.
