Team Canelo, led by Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, and the people he trusts, Eddy and Jose 'Chepo' Reynoso, arrived ten minutes earlier than scheduled on Sunday afternoon at the port of Veracruz. The crowd warmly received Canelo, and he prepares for this Saturday's fight against Australian Lovemore N'Dou at the newly renovated ball park Beto Avila. At the Heriberto Jara Airport, Alvarez signed autographs and took photos with fans.

I don't think Alvarez is better than Angulo and I think Cintron would give Alvarez everything he could handle and possibly stop him.

Jose Cotto, Baldomir, Ndou are good C fighters and I would fully expect Alvarez to easily march through them. Golden Boy is going to make sure the matchmaking is done perfectly for this kid.

What people fail to realize the guy is only 20, where was juanma when he was 20, gamboa, robert guerrero, etc. Not saying he is the next great thing, personally I don't like him much, but he is only 20. Juanma didn't start fight ex-champs till about 2-3 yrs ago. I will cut him slack until he's about 22. Plus aat this stage I think he has been matched pretty well.

Sorry but im gonna have to disagree with you, Saul is much more well rounded than Angulo. Better footwork, better handspeed, just as much power, better defense. As much as I hate to say it Saul reminds me of a young Miguel Cotto.
