I am not here to give excuses for Manny that is not what you ask.

However, Wonjongkam and Moreno are both P4P material... Wonjongkam is in The Ring P4P list and Moreno is on mine and BoxingScene P4P top 10 list.

Moreno is a very skilled fighter, has a little bit of Whitaker in him, good counter puncher very good ring general, he has fought in many countries and IMO the most underrated fighter in the sport.

Anyways those are 2 P4P level active fighters who have never faced an African American fighter.

So your question is now answered.

All Pac did was destroy Mexican boxing, but boxing is international, he needs to step it u against other styles of boxing....maybe American for once lol before Bernard Hopkins said anything about black fighters, I would "joke" around on the fourms saying Pac shouldnt fight anymore Mexicans in his career (before Margarito) becauise he had destroyed the boxing program. And seems to me Bernard Hopkins felt the same way, and many others do to.
