This afternoon, the 89 Annual Convention of the World Boxing Association (WBA), which took place in the Convention Center of Hotel Crowne Plaza in Managua, Nicaragua, began to shake up the rankings. The judges and referees seminar was advanced for Wednesday, given that many referees will travel back to America, before culminating the 89 Annual Convention, to celebrate Thanksgiving Day with their families.
