Would Mayweather fight in Cowboy Stadium?
Make the fight - meaning Manny would agree to the random testing to prove he's not on "A-Side meth", but also make one of the conditions Floyd having to fight outside of Las Vegas (where Xylocaine is a banned substance). If Floyd wins - on points by hitting on breaks and tagging and running, he still loses. If he stands toe to toe...then..well..it sucks facing a lose/lose situation. Through his accomplishments in and outside of the ring, Manny's the 'people's champ', Floyd will never attain that, win or lose. And it's breaking him down a little more each day.Comment

Ok. Floyd is scared. He's terrified to lose his "0". He's flat out shivering.
But you know what, if Pac is the one that really wants this fight and Floyd is hiding in fear and Pac wants to give the fans what they've been squirming for then make a public announcement that goes a little something like this:
"I stand here today constantly being acused by many people, to include Floyd Mayweather, of using performance enhancing drugs. I am clean. The world is waiting for me to fight Floyd Mayweather and no one else. I don't think Floyd Mayweather wants to fight me. He is using the Olympic Style Testing for an excuse not to fight me. But I am here to finally try to make this fight happen so that all parties are satisfied. I ask Floyd to accept a proposal of 50/50 which is not unreasonable considering that we are the two best fighters in the sport and I will undergo Olympic Style Testing with no cut off dates as did Floyd's last opponent, Shane Mosely. I will do this not only to show that I am clean but I will do this for the fans of boxing and the sports world who are eager to see this fight take place. The offer is there Floyd, take it or leave it."
