WHITE simply refers to a SKIN COLOR which is a RACE - it's not supposed to relate to a "country, region, area", etc... white is not a race, caucasoid, or whatever scientists refer to it as... and black is not a race, negroid or whatever is... and i think there are aborigine negroids and african negroids or some ****....
