Many latinos have some mixture of the different groups you mentioned. Unless, you have his DNA results, then how can you force any label on him. The only thing I've heard him refer to himself as is Argentinian and Latino.

Anthropologically, there are three races: Caucasoid, Negroid, and Mongoloid. We call those white, black, and asian.

So yes, if you want to be academically correct Martinez is white. But culturally we divide people into numerous other "races" which are more of ethnic origins than true racial umbrellas.
