why wouldnt floyd just take them off? Manny also agreed to floyds typical diva request of having the fight titled Mayweather-Pacquaio and also agreed to floyds request of coming out 1st and floyd coming out 2nd.

How much do you think Manny is going to request per lb if Floyd comes in overeweight like he did with Marquez? Was floyd planning on cheating if the 10 million limit wasnt there?

I agree. Damn what happened to that girl who got hit by that man? What did she say and was she knocked out? Poor girl.

This was also not a requirement unlike the catchweight/weight penalties which was around although the weight penalty was higher to make sure floyd goes in at the agreed weight after the Marquez incident. I like your post, I just disagree on the bolded part as well. We all want to see this fight. It's just unfortunate since each fighter doesn't want to lose.
I mean, that shouldn't be the reason not to take it.
If I have nothing to hide and want to get in the ring
with Floyd. I'm taking the tests and working towards
being the first to take his undefeated record away.
I think as a top fighter that it would be a very important
and bold statement to make the fight happen. Would
show how confident Manny is. I just can't believe that
a blood test discouraged him from getting in the ring
with Floyd. That's why I'm not on the "Floyd is scared
of Pacquiao" marketing campaign because all Pac had to
do is accept the tests on Floyd terms and the fight would
have been on. Can't cosign Floyd is scared when they were
indeed in negotiations to fight and Floyd accepted a ridiculous
$10MIL weight penalty on Floyd (NEVER BEEN HEARD OF).
Almost like they anticipated Floyd not agreeing to it.

Floyd/Marquez was a catchweight fight and Floyd is
a full WW now. Pac was going to fight Floyd at WW.
In the history of Floyd's career, he has never come
in overweight in any division he was in. Why would
Roach need to worry about that? Did Roach ask
Cotto, Clottey or Margarito for a $10MIL weight penalty
clause in their contracts? Floyd is not even a pressure
fighter who relies on his power. I think Roach probably
felt Floyd was too heavy and couldn't really make the
WW limit no more and put that penalty clause in to
make sure Floyd worked himself hard to make the weight.
Once Floyd agreed to the request. Team Pac didn't
          anticipate that.

Its so simple just take the blood test..why are they not putting pressure on Pacquiao man this is crazy..the fight is not happening because he won't accept the testing..really I think people want to see Mayweather lose so bad that they don't care if Pac's on anything or not..just take the damn test..and this fight is signed..I'm truly getting tired of this **** really..

He has to accept it because he was over the weight limit on his last fight. That's an evidence right there that the penalty is needed. But test? There's no evidence to believe pac requires test. Floyd just couldn't believe there is actually someone out there who's also a great boxer as him, maybe greater. He thinks he is the standards of boxing an if someone is better, he think they are cheating. And that's the ideology he passed on to his followers.

He came in overweight against JMM. If pac was easy fight, one dimensional, amateur, etc; why did they asked for a blood test? Hell why did ask for it if he was fighting shot, drained, old, leftovers?

I believe Manny's camp agreed to a lot of things the second time they tried to make the fight, you know that's when negotiations took place but floyd's peeps said they never and then hbo said they had negotiations. Floyd's excuses are over, his fans need to stop making excuses for him. Floyd don't want Pac cause he thinks he can lose or have to work real hard to earn a w over manny. That's the bottomline imo. If he for a second thought the fight would be a cakewalk he would've signed already.

The thing is something is su****ious about floyd too. You seriously don't think that Floyd has'nt used enhancements himself? Of course he has. Wake the **** up already. Floyd needs to be tested more than Pacquiao. Whoever smelt it delt it.

Ur trying to read Floyd's mind... It seems to me the only reason Floyd has convinced himself Manny's on steroids is becuz Manny made a big deal about the first time. Like the $10 Million fine for being overweight, Floyd likely asked for the blood test just to get in Pac's head a little. Then when Pac actually su****iously took offense to that, that opened the ideology that Pac has something to hide and of course he tried to run with that (only the media decided to run with the "Floyd's trying to duck Pac" side of that instead, probably becuz he's the bad guy of the 2).
BTW, this is just as plausible as what u said becuz u were assuming what Floyd was thinking at the time, and so am I. Neither of us know for sure.

I still blame Pac for the fight not happening back then. Floyd was consenting, from 1 day, to 2 days, to 14 days, and without even seeing if they can get a few more days in, Pac's team called off the negotiations. That was crap, the fight could have already happened.
