Golden Boy Promotions and Canelo Promotions have reached a deal to stage the fight between Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (34-0, 26KOs) and Lovemore Ndou (48-11, 31KOs) at Estadio Beto Avila in Veracruz, Mexico on December 4. The previous site was going to be in Cancun. IBO welterweight champion Ndou will go up in weight to face Alvarez, the silver champion at 154-pounds. In the next few days, Canelo and Golden Boy President Oscar De La Hoya are going to make a formal announcement in Veracruz.
