The world lightweight champion of the International Boxing Federation (IBF), Miguel �T�tere� V�zquez (26-3, 12 KOs) is ready to make the first defense of his title against Ricardo �Pel�n� Dom�nguez (32-6-2, 20 KOs), tentatively to take place in Tijuana, Mexico on November 27. Ricardo Dominguez is a native of Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico, and this will be his second chance to win a title. The first chance was against Humberto Soto.
