At the Centro de Convenciones in Cartagena, Colombia, Raul Garcia (29-1-1, 17 KOs) won a very close twelve round split decision over previously unbeaten Luis De la Rosa (14-1-1, 8 KOs) to win the vacant WBO interim-minimumweight belt. The scores were 114-113 on two cards for Garcia and 115-112 for De La Rosa on the third.

They must of changed the scoring & the outcome for the Soto-Geles match after the fight, cause I saw it & it had ended with a majority decision victory for Geles..It was close, but I thought Soto won the fight...& the Garcia vs De La Rosa fight was just as close..That fight was a case of a crazy no defense free swinging come forward brawler(De La Rosa) vs a clean hitting boxer mostly backing peddling trying to get his shots in(Garcia)...
