Why should I know who he is? I never seen him on espn or shobox... I stream fights online too, but I'm not really watching streams of unknown heavyweights. All I know is that The Klitschkos skills look superior to any fighter I've seen at heavyweight. And I'm sure this guy isn't any different? Are you saying he has a shot?
