Maybe this writer and more Brit sport journalists should take Gaye to task more for avoiding the Klitschkos and then we would get a meaningful fight. But that's not happening, so stop complaining in the meantime and watch the two bros build a long legacy, or don't watch at all.
I actually liked this weekend - Showtime fight with Tarver was decent and the Kltischko fight was great, he might not have gotten the KO/TKO but he did put the guy in the ICU, you can't say it wasn't exciting (horrific at the end on some level, but exciting.)

Jake is a good enough guy, but I'm sick of articles whining about the HW division from him or anyone else. I like watching the HWs and I also enjoyed the fights last weekend. I also think Vitali was considerably more impressive than Donovan suggests. But as long as there are no Americans doing anything much at HW, my guess is we'll continue to hear whining from US boxing scribes.
