    BoxingScene.com was informed that junior middleweight contender Joel Julio (36-4, 31KOs) is facing multiple felony charges in the state of Florida for insurance fraud, making false insurance claims and staging an automobile accident. Julio, 25, was arrested on July 28 and booked by Miami-Dade County Corrections. Julio last fought on August 21, and won a ten round decision over Jamaal Davis at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
