I can't wait until Rios puts his hands on this Soto character. How dare he consider himself a three-division champ?!

        Soto has earned it.

Soto won the vacant WBC 130 title, after Pacman abandoned that title to avoid defending it against Soto.

Soto won that vacant WBC 135llbs, after Valero abandoned that title to avoid defending it against Soto.

Its not Soto's fault that Pacman and Valero chickened-out and ducked Soto.

Soto is fighting this colombian kid, cause Peterson ducked him.

Rios is a "sitting duck" for Soto's bombs.
Rios is no match for Soto. No one is.
