Alexander Frenkel (22-0, 17 KOs) and Karo Murat (22-0, 13 KOs) are ready for the biggest fights of their young careers. The two up-and-coming Sauerland talents put their unbeaten records on the line on Saturday at Frank Warren´s Magnificent Seven show at the LG Arena in Birmingham. While cruiserweight sensation Frenkel challenges European champion Enzo Maccarinelli, Light Heavyweight hopeful Murat battles out a WBO Eliminator with Nathan Cleverly. “Alexander and Karo got what it takes to be successful in the lion´s den on Saturday night,” Hall-of-Fame-Promoter Wilfried Sauerland said. “It will not be easy but I am confident they will leave the ring victorious. Maccarinelli is a former world champion and a good puncher, but he has a rather weak chin. beside the Mosley-Mora night is this card in the UK the best boxing event in the world that night. -
I cant wait to see Frenkel-Macca. Frenkel is a devastating puncher yet he is untested. Macca is a good puncher as well and he HAS been tested. This fight will show wheter Frenkel has got what it takes as Macca is the gatekeeper for worldclass. I'm pretty high on Frenkel so I expect a brutal KO win for him.
I don't know much about Cleverly, but I've seen Murat quite a few times. Murat is a good solid basic boxer without too much pop. I reckon Cleverly is expected to win and if he does he is as ready as can be for fighting for world laurels.

Frenkel has very good and fine skills. Hes clean and can move well. Its really pretty watching him box.
He would have been huge until now, but there was his hand-surgery. damn, 1 year he has wasted.

I`m picking Frenkel by devastating KO in the first half... Enzo seems to be a very nice guy, but I think he is finished as a top boxer... People pay too much attention to his recent wins...
As for Murat/Cleverly - very tough to pick. Murat is more disciplined and has better technique but Cleverly is MUCH bigger...Comment
