i didn't know taking someone's cellphone accounts for "GRAND" larceny.

i thought floyd stole her car or something.

He is in custody in Las Vegas and will be charged with grand larceny for allegedly taking the woman's cell phone in their arguement. He is supposed to be released on a small amount of bail in the next hour or two. As for the domestic abuse stuff, no charges at the moment from what I am told. So we shall see what happens with all of this. I was told Floyd was cooperative with the police.

Those charges will probably be dropped.

About the domestic violence it all depends on if there is any evidence or not (such as photo's of bruising/cuts/injuries).
