Russian junior welterweight prospect Denis Shafikov (25-0, 14 KOs) once again proved his figting ability by clearly outpointing Sweden-based Ugandan Peter Semo (19-6, 14 KOs) unanimously over eight rounds. Two scores were 80-72 and 79-74, while the third one is still being defined. Shafikov was much quicker and by far more skillful than his opponent but Semo once again showed durability and great survival skills to last till the end and even to give Shafikov some hard moments in the midst of the fight.
