A few yrs ago I would say Pavlik, not even close. But since then Pavlik has been looking like sht while Manfredo has been looking better.
I think Pavlik will win, but it will not be a cakewalk. He will win by a round or two.

Perfect fight !! both stink as boxers so this is a fun fight. Anyone who gets hit right might go. No one better than the other but they both like to fight.

I'll never understand what Pavlik's handlers did with his career. You don't move up 10 pounds to fight Bernard Hopkins when you're the unified lineal middleweight champion.

Aside from Hopkins, in the past 3 years he fought Espino, Rubio, and Lockett. And they wonder why he showed ring rust against Martinez (another high risk, low reward fight against a guy not even in his division).

Pavlik's career has definitely been mismanaged. And a fight with Manfredo will be an easy win for him but he'll be no closer to getting back to the top than he was before.

Poor Pavlik has had an ignorant road paver jack Loew mismanaging his career and destoying Pavliks chances of ever amounting to anything. Jack Loew has no business managing rotary club boxing club full of kids 8 to 10. Loew has absolutely cost pavlik his reputation, his financial success and his future. Can't anyone see what has happened just look in the corner- Jack Loew belongs on a road crew not in a boxing ring. Pavliks career is over thanks to Loew.

Manfredo is fighting an out dated joppy, there's way better competition out there. If he doesn't take on the young lions why should he get the Pavlik fight.
