Can we get Moreno on American TV?

There was about to be a 6 man bantamweight tourney and he was going to get left out. Now there's going to be a 4 man tourney and he's going to get left out.

Anselmo is quite possibly the best at 118, but the only way he'll be able to prove it is if he makes waves on US TV. No promoter will risk their charge by willingly pitting them against him, so you he has to sign a co-promotional agreement or something.

Cerme~o's a tough out though, if Moreno beats him again, he should make the move. It's time.
