At Club Nokia in Los Angeles, California, bantamweight contender Nestor Rocha (22-1, 8 KOs) stopped Benji Garcia (14-16-3, 1 KO) in the second round. Rocha gets one in the win column after being blown out in one round by then-WBC champion Hozumi Hasegawa last July. Hasegawa was recently knocked out by WBO champion Fernando Montiel in a unification bout.
