Paul you said If Pac beats Cotto, he will be the greatest fighter who ever lived. Why cant you be a man of honour and honour your word. You never said if Pac beats Cotto he must be on roids. That was never in your equation.
I do remember him saying that.

I love how all the Manny fans get their panties in a bunch at the mere suggestion of him using PEDs. I hope Floyd fights him, and kicks his ass. Just to shut his moronic fans up. Ricky Hatton's fans were the same. I thought that would happen when he ko'd Ricky Hatton's ass, but nope. It took a near homicide from Manny Pacquiao to accomplish that.

It's not Manny that I don't like. It's his ****** ass fans who support him no matter what. Look: I'm a Floyd fan. But even I can admit that he has faults. Just like Manny Pacquiao does.

For one, it was against Clottey, the same guy who allowed Margarito to set the compubox record for most punches thrown.

And for two, against David Diaz Pacquiao threw 800 punches and the fight ended in round 9, so he was his way to throw over 1,000 punches (against a guy who actually fought back).

Further, pac was hella out of breath after the clottey fight. That took a lot of energy out of him, he could barely talk after.

Dontcha love how these peasants always have a thousand excuses and justifications for Pac's suspect behaviour?

Isn't it nice when an athlete can re-find his peak late in his career? A lot like Barry Bonds or Roger Clemens?

An interesting new development in the “Paroid” scandal.

Paulie Malignaggi expertly explains why this drug testing issue is such a stickig point with promoters.

To put it simply, he doesn’t think Pacquiao can win unless he is allowed to "prepare" as he usually does.

              Take that how you will…

“You do those tests on the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight and you make Manny Pacquiao take those tests, Mayweather not only beats him, Mayweather stops him because you will not see the same Manny Pacquiao you’ve seen the last couple of years.

"You’ll see the same guy you saw against Marquez.”

              He continued.

“Mayweather is a legitimate welterweight who would walk through Manny Pacquiao if they actually take those tests. ”

"Without the tests, you have a complete 180. "

"Without tests he will be able to throw 100 punches a round at a 100 miles per hour and not even breathe heavily. So something’s up, obviously. He couldn’t even do that physically, when he was 25, never mind 31”.

Pacquiao never came close to throwing 1000 punches in a fight at Super Feather and below. In fact, he visibly gassed in many fights by the eighth round.

In the Marquez rematch, he was visibly blowing at Round 7. Finished physically.

He threw 680 punches in that fight.

Add that with the fact that he’s quite obviously taken on huge amounts of power, without putting on a pound of weight, and you can understand Paulie's continued criticisms.

Malignaggi’s point is clear, though. He thinks Pacquiao has no chance unless he’s allowed to prepare without any serious drug testing.

He thinks Mayweather will walk through Pacquiao, if Pacquiao had to prepare with the knowledge that he had to pass random drug tests,

And possibly why Pacquiao and Roach are so adamant that they need 2-3 weeks of guaranteed, no testing.

How did he put on huge amounts of power??? he dropped JMM over and over again. when u say he was clean.. ....how has his power changed??? Floyd only dropped Marquez once!!!

Yeah, yeah, yeah....like Paulie could not last against Hatton or Khan. Why does the dude always try to prop up Mayweather? Mayweather isn't ever gonna give him a fight and Pac would break poor Paulie to pieces in 2 rds like he did Hatton

That's the thing though man, people don't suggest the dude is on something they swear they know he is and have **** for proof. I'm not just defending Pac (before you come back with some ******* comment or whatever) but any guy being accused of a crime without a shred of evidence; otherwise the basis of our justice system would not be valid. Evidence leads to the proving of guilt...anyone can say they know something as a fact but the only fact is, without evidence or proof, you don't know shizz.
