Surely, an announcement would be made after the WORLD CUP.

If what the article says true, the only thing left to negotiate between the two fighters is the purse split. Probably team May and team Pac have reached an agreement with the random blood tests........

The article sounds promising on the Mayweather - Pacquiao negotiations. If the money is all that's left to sort out then this thing should get made soon enough.

If negotiations were falling apart, people would be pissed off and wouldn't abide any "radio silence" pledge. The fact that they're aren't "unnamed sources" talking **** on a daily basis can only be good news.
