Comments Thread For: Kameda vs Santos, Kameda vs Vega Set For July 25

The Kameda brothers doubleheader is set for July 25 at the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium in Japan. Former champion Koki Kameda (22-1, 14KOs) moves up to super flyweight to face Cecilio Santos (24-14, 14KOs) of Mexico. Koki wants to test out some new waters after losing his WBC flyweight title in March to Pongsaklek Wonjongkam. Koki is also a former WBA junior flyweight champion. [Click Here To Read More]

He's not any good, but he generally gives opponents rounds and an easy target, something Kameda is probably looking for coming off his first loss

Look at Koki's resume, and Daiki's also. They have always been doing this, fight someone who has been defeated in his last outing. Many fighters do the same thing, but the Kameda bros do this too often.

I don't care what Koki says and does anymore. All I'm hoping is that Daiki becomes a man and settles the score with former titleholder Takefumi Sakata. Daiki is someone you can count in and on, Koki not anymore.
