So he can be in the best possible shape to beat Mayweather. If a competitive fight is to happen we need the Pac from since the Diaz fight.

If theres no cut off date, Pac will not be able to run the risks so he will not be at 100%. We will not see the fighter who has destroyed hatton, cotto etc.

The most important thing is that we get a competitive fight otherwise there is no point in the fight being made.

USADA won't blood test closer to the fight unless anything strange pops up on any of the tests up until about 2 weeks before the fight, or anything strange shows up on the urine tests after, but if there is no need to do further blood testing they wont do it, the most important part about their program though, is being able to.


Pacquiao needs an assurance that they wont test him for a specific period of time, and that's not random and a bit suspect for a fighter who's success is based on hard work and dedication to request that. The way i see it if Mayweather can fight with the tests, and mind you Mayweather is probably one of the hardest training fighters in the sport, so can Pacquiao.

This version of Pac aint nothing like any of PBF's previous opponents. Floyd should not take the fight its too risky unless there is OSDT.
