At the Veltins Arena, in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (40-2, 38 KOs) beat down a brave Albert Sosnowski (45-3-1, 27 KOs) of Poland to score a stoppage in the tenth round. Sosnowski was a huge underdog who lasted much longer than expected, but took a lot of punishment along the way before the referee called off the contest as Klitschko landed two right hands that sent Sosnowski down and out in the corner. After watching the fight i think i'd have more enjoyment watching my own firing squad than that cack.
At least sosnowski tried unlike vitali's last oppo who just wanted a pay day before slipping back into obscurity.

I don't get it. When your 38 and already super wealthy, surely the last few fights of your career should be defining ones. Where's the legacy in fighting bums? Is defending an alphabet belt that important?

The Klits basically are making all heavyweight boxers look like bums.

Both have offered to fight Haye; the only hyped Heavyweight in the biz. He chickened out. That's not their fault. They fight whoever is in front of them, and they put them all away.

Their size, power, and technical ability would make them a force in any era.
