I realize all of that.bro you do realize that Floyd said that the 14 day stip was now off the table way back in February right?
see I understand where people are coming from. Manny allegedly now states 14 days is fine to which his fans now point at Floyd and say
"hey sissy there is your 14 days man up or be called a ducker"
but why ignore the facet that Floyd had already said that the 14 day cut off was no longer on the table at least two months prior to this?
I'm just saying,
why is it not good enough now?
The majority of posters were in agreement that 14 days was fine.
Today, thats not the case.
One is compromising,
the other is just using bully tactics, "my way or the highway".
We can also get into this,
why even offer 14 days in the first place,
or why even have the damn test in the first place?
There is still no basis for this **** to even be happening.Comment

it doesn't matter what Manny agrees too, floyd will always change up to benefit him and ultimately prevent the fight. Manny ain't afraid of anything, this is all Arum telling everyone not too agree with floyd cos of their hate for each other.
Many could agree to blood tests to the day of the fight but floyd will then demand Manny get tested in between rounds.
I'm all for better drug testing for the sport we love but it has to be done through the proper channels.
All this carrying on is a disgrace to the history of Boxing, back in the day, fighters trained their heart out and couldn't wait to get in the ring to prove they were the best against the best.
everyone should MAN UP and stop acting like B!TCHES!!
Bring back the days when wanting to beat your opponent was number 1 priority and money was 2nd!!

lol you said we know now that mayweather didnt want the fight last year when it was manny who rejected the 14days but now accepting it now. If the 14days is good now to him it should of been good then so that means he didnt want the fight last year off your logic. Now manny accepting a 14day cut off that dosnt exist anymore, because 4months ago i could of sworn mayweather said no more cut off dates and i could of sworn after the mosley fight he said no more cut off dates so idk how he agreeing to something that dosnt exist anymore. That was then this is now and what the cut off date now is zero, if mayweather wants to be the bigger man twice after they spit in his face last time then thats up to him but a cut off date is not needed to recover that is b.s he dosnt get weaki realize all of that.

If he never wanted the fight, he would have just said so. He didn't negotiate with Mosley prior to the fight in May because after Mosley turned him down in 2006, he said he was no longer interested in fighting Mosley. He also didn't negotiate fights with Cotto after Cotto turned down the fight at 140 or with Paul Williams because he had no interest in fighting them. Floyd offered Ricky Hatton a fight three times before they actually fought (all three times Hatton's people turned it down). Yet, when he retired and Hatton decided he had enough balls to fight Floyd, all the dumbass haters on this site started saying Floyd was ducking Hatton. If Floyd didn't want the Pac fight, he would have never engaged in the negotiation process and would have never offered the 14-day compromise. Based on Floyd's history, only an idiot would think that he would waste two months negotiating a fight that he didn't want (and there are at least 100 idiots posting on this message board).Last edited by big_james10; 05-20-2010, 06:24 PM.Comment

If the Nevada State Athletic Commission implements a random blood testing program as it looks like they are going to do, are you going to call Pac a ***** when he refuses to fight in Las Vegas? Somehow I think you will find a way to justify Pac's refusal to fight in Las Vegas.
