    He would have crushed everyone on that list without a doubt except for Pacquiao because of Manny's speed, power and ability to take a decent punch.

      Valero had the kind of talent Pacquiao possesses with more power and slicker than Pac. I deeply think he had what it takes to be a P4P king.

      I think he could beat everybody but not JMM, too skilled.
