What does being fighter of the decade have to do with anything? That is not going to determine how much money he will make or anything else. Pac refused the first fight, and Mayweather made $40 million fighting someone else. Mayweather made three times as much money against Mosley as Pac made against Clottey and sold 500,000 more PPVs. Pac can fight the winner of Cotto/Foreman in his next fight and make another $12 million. Mayweather can fight Sergio Martinez in his next fight and make $30 million. That in itself tells you who the A side and who the B side of a fight between them would be. Mayweather is in the drivers seat, not Manny.

They need to stop being divas and just fight. All this new drug testing and weight penalties are just there to soothe their huge egos. Floyd and Manny blew their biggest paydays over this stuff. If they kept everything normal, this fight would have already happened.

Simple. Marquez didn't get knocked out twice at 112 pounds and then moved up to 147 and walked through a welterweight's punches. If Joshua Clottey moved up to heavyweight and knocked out both the Klithscko brothers while walking through their punches, you wouldn't be asking that ridiculous question.

Look at these *****s. They can't seem to move on without mentioning Pac. A boxer with no history of PED use. Even Mosley didn't get this unbelievable hatred from these *****s.

It would seem that they are in Mayweather's payroll.

Martinez called Mayweather out and willing to take Mayweather's test.

But they want Pac, obviously. With all these ****** conditions.

Hey *****s. Focus on Martinez. Make threads about Martinez and talk about cut-offs and all that ****** **** all day.

              get a grip
There was a weight stipulation that was outside of the commission as well. However, Floyd agreed to that.

Any reason why there was weight stipulation?

It doesn't matter, the answer to your question is obvious but also irrelevant. Mayweather obviously believes that Pacquiao is dirty, that's justification enough for his request. What difference does the "why" make? There is a chance that Pacquiao is taking PEDs, nobody here can say that they're 100% sure that he's not. Therefore, I don't understand why anybody here is making excuses for him ducking the tests othjer than you're all prettymuch Pacquiao fanatics. If it were Mayweather ducking the random blood testing, I'd say the same exact things about him.

Because floyd cheated on marquez on the scales and to think jmm has to go bloated but lo and behold, the fraud still manages to cheat him.

Anyone noticed floyd is even bigger than mosley?

                    What a fraud...
