No matter what the Pac Tards say, the heat is on Manny & Top Rank. Manny has no real options with fighting other fighters without people really questioning why he is ducking Mayweather because of a blood test that they both would be subjected to, IF HE IS CLEAN.

Mayweather can fight anyone he wants to and they both will do the blood tests, once again making Pac look suspect.
