mayweather and pacquio need to be careful with fight choices

The hbo announcers hit it right on the nail last night. With de la hoya, hatton, marquez, cotto and mosley out of the picture each fighter only has 3 options and if they don't choose one of them their ppv will flop. Mayweather vs pacquio is the only welterweight fight that needs to happen, berto is not good or big enough to fight these two and margriato got knocked out by the guy who got embarassed tonight. The other options as lampley said are to move up to 154 and fight williams or martinez. My dream fights is pacquio and mayweather take out those two 154 kins in the fall and then both retire against each other next may. Any other fights though like all the hbo announcers said would be a waste and hurt the sport of boxing

if Floyd and Pac dont fight I think Floyd should move up to middle and Fight Martinez that would put his career on a different plane.. thats assuming he gets by Pavlik

I agree if either move up to 154 to fight williams or martinez no one could ever say they don't face the best competition. I really don't think pavlik will take the rematch

Martinez fight wouldn't be that exciting to me, desn;t seem like a good match of styles
