    German newspaper, The Hamburg Post, is reporting that promotional company Universum Box-Promotions has advised the majority of their staff members that July 31 will be their last day of work, including CEO Stefan Braune and technical director Kay Foitschik. The fighters and trainers are not being affected. The company is keeping all of them under contract. The latest in a string of hardships for Universum may have to do with their German television contract running out on on July 31.     I could not say it better myself. But a lot of people in Germany still think that universum Boxers are the best in the world and Martinez who defeated Pavlik is just worse than a bum. Just LOL.

      That was partly because Universum didn't want to pay for better opponents.

      It was a shame to see Denis Boytsov fighting a bum like Montiy after proving he was ready for better opposition. The very talented Gennady Golovkin being held back was a terrible waste.
