Last time i checked, the filipino midget refused a drug test for a fight that would of earn him 40 million dollars. Against the ONLY fighter who ranks right up there with him. Floyd Mayweather Jr. Instead of earning 40 million, (win or lose against PBF, which even a loss to Floyd would not discredit him) he chose to face recently defeated J. Clottey for 5 million.
