What could be more scary than a fighter who has the speed and power to knock you out, the athleticism to go 12 rounds and the reflexes and defence that make it impossible for you to hit him. If Floyd Mayweather isnt the most feared fighter pound for pound, he is atleast the most feared BOXER pound for pound and that is the name of the sport.

i would say PW bcause nobody wanted to fight him at 147. now that he's at 154 is a whole diff story. i say stay at 154 because he has the length, height, and body mass is perfect for that div. i have to wait and see how he does there to actually call him the most feared p4p, but at 147 i say he was cause nobody wanted some of him.
