    Groupe Yvon Michel and TKO Boxing Promotions have announced today that phenomenal Montreal middleweight rising star David Lemieux (22-0-0, 21KO) will battle former world title challenger Elvin Ayala (20-4-1, 9KO) of New Haven, Connecticut for the prestigious WBC International Middleweight Title. The bout will be the main event of the 4th instalment of the highly touted “Boxing Under the Stars” Gala, taking place at the spectacular Uniprix Stadium during Grand Prix Weekend in Montreal.

      He still shows flaws, as he has been fighting nobodies.

      I've been keeping an eye on this kid for a while, and i'd like to see him steadily progress, rather then thrown to the wolves too early.

      He still has a way to go before entering the world scene.

        Same here I've been following this kid, I personally think he's cleaned up alot of his flaws he use to leave himself open when throwing combos and was vulnarable to counters but he's fixed that lately he's tighted up his defense.

        Watch, right now nobody cares about him or comments on this threads, but soon this kid is going to be a huge star and will help bring attention to the middleweight division.
