And Williams isn't too high either. If he is, then Cotto shouldn't have stayed in the top five after his win over Mosley. And speaking of Mosley, he should be underneath Williams because Williams has fought twice since Mosley has. I'd still have Shane in the top five though because he wanted Pac and Floyd last year and they wouldn't fight him then. Can't penalize him too much for that.
JMM ,Hops, Cotto, Donaire and C.C.: Should NOT be on the P4P Lists.

You're criticising him for what is essentially standard practice in these situations. He lost to Mayweather, he needs to get back on his feet, so he's fighting someone a little below him. Same way a thousand other fighters have got back on their feet after a big loss.
Obviously he has to fight someone that will generate a slight bit of interest and Diaz fits that bill because the last fight was so entertaining.Comment

This is so fn confusing and ridiculous. Why the hell are we making a P4P list without Hopkins, Donaire, JMM, and Cotto? Who the hell is better then them?
I am like the majority and want Hopkins to fight Dawson or retire, but that does not mean Dawson gets in and Hopkins gets out. Hopkins clowned Tarver and finished a PRIMED Glenn Johnson, Dawson's resume is getting 4 decisions over these too at this stage of their careers. Miguel Cotto just lost to the #1 P4P fighter in the world and now somehow he's out? What kind of BS logic is that not to mention he's challenging himself in another division. Your so high on Floyd why the hell are you lowering JMM for losing to him? Especially when Floyd's way bigger too. And their called comeback/tune up fights. ALL THE GREAT BOXERS HAVE THEM FROM TIME TO TIME. What the hell was just Clottey-Pacman? JMM was a gimme for Floyd too pretty much. Diaz isn't a bad tune up either, he's game. It'd be different if your just trying to see if somebody could make one without them but I didn't see if you said that, it sounds like your trying to say these guys don't deserve to be in their which is fn ridiculous. All of them have a 10x better resume then any of the guys your trying to bring in.
My top 10 P4P...
1) Manny
2) Floyd
3)Mosley
4)Hopkins
5)Marquez
6)P. Williams
7)Donaire
8)Wlad(Pure Heavyweight dominance for a few years now...)
10)Cotto
My top 10 without the guys listed if somehow they just disappeared...
1)Manny
2)Floyd
3)Mosley
4)P. Williams
5)Wlad
6)Pavlik(Until somebody other then Hopkins beats him, we'll see about Sergio)
7)Dawson
8)Bradley
9)Ward
10)Froch/Kessler winner
I just don't see the point of throwing the guys from 6-10 in replace for the guys you wanna throw out when the guys your throwing out still haven't proven to be done yet, maybe coming off losses to GREAT competition like Cotto and Marquez, but to throw guys like Bradley, Dawson, Ward, and Froch into the fire with only 1 or 2 elite wins is just kind of ridiculous too me. They all have the potential and most likely will be in there soon enough, but just not right now. At least let us see the clear #1 super middleweight come out of the tournament first, and let the 140lbs division play itself out, and let Dawson fight Pascal and Cloud just so we can atleast throw them in after they are the obvious #1 in the division even though Dawson already is that but still has those 2 challengers left.
Dont know **** about jap boxing though to be honest hahaaLast edited by $Bullsfam$; 04-04-2010, 10:51 PM.Comment
