But, to answer your question I think he can if he can get some elite level fighters to fight him.
Call me crazy I think Roy is just too fast. We'll see soon though.

Im not making Paul out to be this ATG or nothing but I feel if he can get Pavlik, Dzinziruk and get some defenses at 154 or 160 he can make a case for it.

Do titles really mean anything at this point? If Pacquiao vacated his title and fought Floyd Mayweather in a non-title bout...would anybody care?

The man has never made a defense of a title though...Not one.

can you name a fighter that won a title in one class and is in the hall of fame

If he goes up in weight and dominate the 168 division then i would say he is worthy to be at a hall of fame, but for he's not there yet.

I can name you ATG fighters who won a title in just one weight-class. For example Pep, Monzon, and Hagler.

Bob Foster only won a title in one weight-class and I think he is in the HOF.

Terry Norris won a title in only one weight-class and he is in the HOF.

What about Carbajal and Chiquita Gonzalez?

I mean I can keep naming guys if you want?

Since when do you need to defend titles to be a hall of famer?

Point is, he hasn't done much.

I like PW (always have), never understood why folks don't see that the man has not done much in the sport to this point.

                  Not much at all.
