                    Well is not a major title. Is in an interim belt which is really not a title. It just means that you're the #1 contender for the title.

                    So far as I am concern he has 0 succesful title defenses.

                      Well you don't need to win titles in 2 divisions to be considered for the HOF. You just need to beat some top level fighters.
