50K to anybody who provides a video of Floyd doing regular mitt work.

Don't bother posting videos of Floyd and Roger's speed mitt routine.

I'm looking for a video of Floyd doing regular mitt work, i.e. his trainer calling out combinations and Floyd hitting the mitts with power.

You can see in this video how he slows down and pauses at times unlike in media training sessions where he is going fast. But this is just how Floyd does padwork. It's not "1 2 3" "3 4" etc. This is how he does padwork.

You don't have to give points if you dont want to. But this is a better look at how he does padwork, a billion cameras aren't around and the gym isn't at max capacity. So there isn't much showing off.

I believe Floyd doesn't like being taped during his actual training sessions.

Where do his bad hands come from then? Pac hits the pads so hard, im suprised just pad work hasnt damaged pacs hands, and then you have the 1200 punches he lands on hard heads like Cottos, and clotteys to top it off.

I also think that Floyd always trains for speed and accuracy to maintain his quickness as he gets older. Because if you notice, Floyd became a hair slower as he got older but he got more accurate. Contrast this to Pac who trains for explosiveness and power for certain fighters (Clottey) or speed (Hatton, De La Hoya).

He doesn't tape his sparring sessions. Thats why you can't find any sparring videos of Floyd except that Paparazzi one where he is dogging the **** out of that dude.

but his pad work is that speed mitt stuff.
