Not yet, but i can see Cotto, struggling against Foreman, the Brook can capitilise.

I wish Kell joined the party at 140.

      He's a smallish welterweight.

He's a very accurate puncher and he would cause a lot of damage at 140. At 147 I worry about him being too small.

He could switch places with Khan.

I really like Kell Brook, think he's the goods.

I think he's gotta test himself a little before he steps in with a guy like Cotto. Cotto is definitely diminished, no doubt, but he can still punch and who knows at this point what kind of punch Brook can take.

The Ingle's have already stated he could make 140. So I say, make it.

147 is rife with light-middleweights shrinking down.

no it isnt. look at the top of the division floyd, pac, mosley, cotto, clottey, berto and collazo.
ALL 5'9 and under. kell fits the physical profile...unless he's got very short arms, which i dont think is the case.
