It would be great if an up and coming WW fought him and took the strap.....someone like Freddy Hernandez, Carlos Abregu, or Mike Jones, we need some new blood at WW because Floyd, Manny, and SSM aren't going to be around that much longer anyway.

The IBF belt gets thrown around so much i lose track of it. Champions get stripped of it and you see it being fought for a lot when its vacant. I remember Floyd having it...he got stripped of the title or dropped it...then Cintron had it, he got beat by Margarito, he dropped it to fight Cotto, it was picked up by Clottey, who beat Zab for it, then he dropped it to fight Cotto.
