*****, u need to understand that he didnt have the final call it was his promoter, the fight would have been good but it would be a lot better in the begining of 2011 if both fighters take care of business this year, more promo more money idiots.

the promoter can only "strongly suggest or recommend" who to fight or who they think would be the best opponent against any fighter. the final say would still be with the fighter. if he doesn't want to fight, the promoter can't force him. just like what happened recently with the floyd -manny negotiations.
