This is true, Amir Khan isnt Floyd Mayweather. Freddie Roach knows that, and he obviously saw something in that fight that leads him to believe Amir will win, though. Amir has a lot of advantages going into this fight, hes a much bigger and much younger fighter, and its not like the guy isnt lacking in talent. He also seems to be getting better from fight to fight, not surprising considering who his new coach and sparring partners are.
Marquez has a good shot at this, and is obviously a "better" fighter than Khan, but this fight might just be one fight and one weight class too much for him.

I would say it is about even, maybe with Khan as the underdog because of JMM's established rep.

I want Marquez to win, because Khan annoys me, and they are trying to clean up all the old, smaller guys because they know Khan doesn't have a chin, hopefully Khan has bitten off more than he can chew and we can all make gifs out of it.

It is an interesting fight though, if Marquez is half the guy who last fought Pac I thin he adjusts to the size and speed and knocks Khan out, But JMM is getting older, and has had to come back from plenty of shaky starts and early knockdowns in his career, if Khan comes out hard and hurts him it could be the straw that broke the camels back so to speak.

As the poll shows, this is a pretty even fight. I think this will be a great fight. Good name for Amir to have on his resume after his first fight in the US. However, after this fight he must fight Maidana otherwise I will lose all respect for him.
