Pac has always had this problem, probably his biggest flaw is that he doesn't surround himself with good or the right people.

Anyways, I would obviously keep freddie roach and Alex Ariza, they have done a wonderful job. Freddie is annoying at times and has a big mouth, but he obviously is one hell of a trainer/coach. You have to accept the fact there are all types of characters in boxing, annoying, crazy, don kings, etc., you name it. Look at Roger Mayweather. Him and Floyd are obviously a fantastic team, but sometimes mayweather says some ******ed ass ****. It's just part of boxing.

Everyone else, screw them. Bob arum is too annoying as well and at this point, does pacquiao even need him anymore? I don't think so.
