I have a su****ion that Gentleman Jim Corbett used steroids.
I also think Joe Louis took "illegal protein shakes" before his matches.
I'm even sure that Larry Merchant takes PED's before the fights in order to stay awake and know what's going on.
In fact I think that after every fight at MGM Grand all the fighters, trainers, and personnel go on the rooftop, recite the Hangover 'Wolf Pack' speech and begin taking many forms of rufulin, ecstasy, and more more illegal drugs including PED's.
In a world of today....I'd be crazy NOT to take steroids.

Hauser was talking about the preliminary tests Nevada did in 2002 when it was first developing testing, those were not made public. It was a way for Nevada to test the testing methods and warn fighters at the same time.
A good example of this is MMA fighter Josh Barnett, who has failed two public tests and it later came out that he also failed a Nevada test which they did in 2002 which was never suppose to be published.
I'm not sure where Hauser is going with this, he either has information that Oscar failed a test in 2002 (something that Nevada would never admit too) or he is making a point about how easily these false rumors about PEDs can be started.
One thing about this whole testing fiasco is that the NSAC is a joke and they are only concerned with seeing the fights happen, not catching people.
